The cost of the Blackline process server services starts at £150 + VAT for our standard service. Enhanced service is available based on the type of instruction, location, urgency, number of service attempts required, and whether additional evidence is needed. Blackline can assist with the service of legal papers such as claim forms, court orders, statutory demands, notices, divorce papers, injunctions, witness summonses, and other formal legal documents that need to be delivered and evidenced correctly.

You provide the documents to be served, the recipient’s details, any known address or contact information, and any special instructions. The case is then logged into the Blackline proprietary system so the service attempt can be tracked, recorded, and evidenced.

Timescales depend on the urgency of the matter, the recipient’s location, and the information available. Standard instructions may be handled within agreed service windows, while urgent or same-day service may be available depending on availability and location.

If the recipient is not present, the process server records the attempt and may make further visits depending on the instruction. Our Blackline Proprietary system can log the date, time, location, notes, and any supporting evidence from each attempt.

After service, you can receive a service report or court-ready evidence bundle. This may include the time and date of service, location details, process server notes, photographs where appropriate, and GPS data, and (if possible) a signed confirmation of service.

Yes. The Blacklin platform is designed to allow authorised users to monitor the status of service instructions, review updates, and access completed evidence records once the process server has submitted them.

Yes. Legal documents and service evidence can contain sensitive information, so access should be restricted to authorised users only. The Blackline system uses secure login, role-based access, audit trails, encrypted storage, and controlled document access.

Once service is completed, the process server submits the evidence of service through the platform. The administrator or authorised client user can then review the completed record and download or receive the relevant report or court bundle.

A refusal does not always prevent valid service, depending on the type of document and the relevant rules. The process server records what happened, including the recipient’s response, time, location, and circumstances, so that the client has a clear evidence trail.
